Back Office Setup for Facility Occupancy Paige Freeman June 13, 2023 20:39 Updated The Facility Access module is available for YMCA & JCC clients only. In order for the Facility Occupancy page to function correctly in ThreeSixty Web Client, there is some basic setup that must first be done in ThreeSixty Desktop. This setup includes: System Types and Codes Application Parameters Security System Types and Codes Following are the system types and codes that need to be populated/set up in order for Facility Occupancy to function correctly: USR USR_BRANCHThe capacity is set by branch and will display based on the branch selected at log in. The capacity is set in the Branch Capcity value of the USR_BRANCH system type and code. Once the occupancy is equal to or greater than the capacity of the branch, the visual indicator will change to say, “At Capacity”. Application Parameters Following are the application parameters that need to be populated/set up in order for Facility Occupancy to function correctly: FACILITY_OCCUPANCY_THRESHOLD_LIMITOnce the occupancy reaches the threshold limit set for this parameter, a visual indicator will display letting users know that the facility is nearing capacity. The system will take this parameter and subtract it from the capacity set at the branch level to determine when the warning indicator should be displayed. FACILITY_OCCUPANCY_REFRESH_INTERVALThe value set for this parameter controls the rate of refresh for the Facility Occupancy page. The value of this parameter must be set to a minimum of 15 minutes. If set to anything below 15, the system will enforce the default of 15 minutes. Security To view and access the Facility Occupancy page, users must have complete access to the HWFacilityAccess.Occupancy security application. This security application controls access to view and edit the Facility Occupancy page and the Facility Occupancy feature on the Customer Facility Access/Quick Scan page. Users who do not have access to this security application will still be able to see the Facility Occupancy card on the Facility Access page, but will have no access to edit the occupancy count or place the facility on hold. In addition to having security permissions to the HWFacilityAccess.Occupancy security application, users also need to have permissions to a security group with a branch assigned in order to view the Facility Occupancy page. For more information on security for the Facility Access module, please see Facility Access Security.
