The left navigation bar can be expanded by clicking the > arrow on the top left of the screen. The Customer Central landing page will display, as shown below. The Customer Central landing page displays these sections: Recent Customers, Create a New Individual, Create a New Company, Duplicate Merge, and Manage Privacy Requests. From this page, you can search for an existing customer or create a new customer. Please see below for more information: Searching for a Customer Creating a New Individual Creating a New Company Merging Duplicate Customers Recent Customers The Customer Dashboard will display the ten most recent customers that you have viewed in the Recent Customers section. From this section, you can quickly navigate to the Customer Summary for any of the displayed customers by clicking the hyperlinked customer name.
