Managing Subgroup Officers Paige Freeman May 03, 2023 17:57 Updated The subgroup Officers screen allows you to view and add subgroup officers and select officers for group tasks. Upon first arriving at the Officers screen, the Current filter option will be selected by default. You can click the options for Past and Future to see other members related to the subgroup. To further filter the officers displayed, enter a Last Name at the top of the grid and click Filter. To email selected officers, click the checkbox next to the officers you wish to email, then select Email from the Work with selected drop-down at the top of the grid. To download the list of officers, select the officers you would like to include in the list, then select the arrow icon in the upper right of the grid to download a .CSV file containing the selected officers. To add/edit a linked committee for officers: From the Members tab on the Subgroup Summary, select Officers.The Officers screen displays. You can click the Linked Committee hyperlink to open the committee in another tab. To edit the linked committee, select the edit pencil icon in the top right corner of the screen.The Link to a Committee for Officers screen displays. Search for a committee in the Linked Committee field.The members on the selected or created committee will now be officers for this subgroup. Click Save.
