Viewing and Editing the Committee Primary Contact Paige Freeman May 03, 2023 18:22 Updated From the Committee Summary header, you can view the primary contact information, including the contact's name, primary phone number, and primary email address, if defined. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW and UPDATE permission to the Committee.CommitteePrimaryContact application in order to edit primary contact information. To edit primary contact information: From the Committee Summary header, click the pencil icon next to the primary contact's name.The Edit Primary Contact screen displays, as shown below. Click the Advanced icon by the Constituent Name search field to search for the constituent who you would like to be the primary contact for the committee.The Choose a Constituent search screen displays. Search for the constituent using the search fields available, including Name, Constituent Class, Constituent Type, Phone, Constituent ID, Status, Zip Code, and Email. From the results grid, select the correct constituent by clicking on the row, then click Select, as shown below. Upon clicking Select, you are returned to the Edit Primary Contact screen. To apply the changes, you MUST click Save on this screen to change the primary contact to your newly selected constituent. .
