Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Module Overview

The CRM module in ThreeSixty Web Client provides functionality to create and manage constituents, such as creating new individual and company constituents, viewing constituent profile information, viewing contact tracking records for constituents, etc. From the left navigation menu, you can access CRM Central, create a new company or individual constituent, access Contact Tracking Maintenance, or merge duplicate constituents.
