The User Security page allows you to create new users and view or edit existing user information including their organizations, security groups, desktop client personas, login history, and permissions. From the Settings section of the left navigation menu, select Security Settings. From the Security Settings page, select User Security from the Security section.The User Security page displays as shown below: From this page, you can perform the following: Search and filter the list of users using the filter fields at the top of the page. You must be a Super User to change the Organization and Organization Unit filters. Copy User Permissions by selecting Copy User Permissions from the contextual menu next to the user whose permissions you want to copy. Edit an existing user by clicking the edit pencil next to the user you wish to edit. You must have EDIT permissions to the Settings.UserSecurity security application to edit a user. Create a new user by selecting the +New User option above the list of users. You must have ADD permissions to the Settings.UserSecurity security application to add a new user.
