Working with Batch Jobs Paige Freeman April 14, 2023 18:01 Updated From the Batch Processing and Reporting screen, you can search for and select a job to run, as well as access additional screens to schedule a job, create and edit user setups for a job, and view submitted jobs for a select batch process. To access the Batch Processing and Reporting screen: From the left navigation menu, select Reporting > Batch Jobs.The Batch Processing and Reporting screen displays. From this screen, you can create a new job setup by selecting +New Job Setup. For more information, please see Report and Job Maintenance. From the contextual menu in the grid, you can perform the following: Clicking Submit Job takes you to Job Submission screen for that batch job Clicking View Submitted Jobs takes you to the Submitted Batch Jobs screen to see submissions of this batch job Clicking User Setup Maintenance takes you to the User Setup screen and allows you to create new user setup for that batch job Clicking Schedule Job takes you to add new job schedule for that batch job Clicking Report & Job Maintenance takes you to report and job maintenance to edit the setup for that batch job
