CRM Central Paige Freeman April 22, 2025 14:08 Updated To access the CRM Central page, select CRM Central from the CRM menu in the left navigation bar. The left navigation bar can be expanded by clicking the > arrow on the top left of the screen. The CRM Central landing page will display, as shown below. The CRM Central landing page displays the following sections: Recent Constituents, Create a New Individual, Create a New Company, Contact Tracking, Duplicate Merge, and Manage Privacy Requests. From this page, you can search for an existing constituent, create a new constituent, or merge two duplicate constituents. Please see below for more information: Searching for a Constituent Creating a New Individual Creating a New Company Contact Tracking Merging Duplicate Constituents Recent Constituents The Constituent Dashboard will display the ten most recent constituents that you have viewed in the Recent Constituents section. From this section, you can quickly navigate to the Constituent Summary for any of the displayed constituents by clicking the hyperlinked constituent name. From the additional options menu, you can add a new contact tracking record or add a new order for each constituent.
