Defining Meeting Product Tracks Paige Freeman May 18, 2023 19:54 Updated You can define tracks to categorize meetings and sessions. Assigned tracks will display within the Session Summary/Scheduler. To maintain meeting/session tracks: From the Logistics tab, select Tracks.The Tracks screen displays. Click the New Track link to add a new track.The Add New Track screen displays, as shown below. Select the Track from the drop-down.Values in the drop-down are populated based on the codes defined for the non-fixed MTG "SESSION_TRACK" system type. The Summary field is automatically populated based on the selected track. Click Save. Add each track you want to assign to associated sessions. The Track drop-down for subproducts is populated by the tracks assigned at the master product level.
