This page can be used to:Verify credit card processor connectivityConfirm merchant configuration settingsPerform test pre-authorizationsTroubleshoot credit card processing issuesTest transactions help ensure payment processing is functioning properly before live transactions are processed in the system.Accessing the Test Credit Card Transaction PageThe Test Credit Card Transaction page can be accessed from the Application Settings area of the web client.From the left navigation menu, select Settings > Application Settings.On the Application Settings page, locate the Payment Processing section.Select Test Credit Card Transaction.The Test Credit Card Transaction page opens and allows you to enter the required information to perform a test transaction.To perform a test credit card transaction:Navigate to the Test Credit Card Transaction page.Using the Payment Handler drop-down, select a configured electronic payment service.Using the Merchant Logon drop-down, select a merchant.Personify displays both the electronic payment service merchant details and the customer detailsSelect Get Pre-Authorization to view the Output. Verify that the merchant and transaction details are correct.After submitting the test merchant and payor details, the page displays the response returned by the credit card processor.The response information can be used to confirm whether the transaction was successfully processed or identify any issues with the payment configuration.If the transaction is approved, the response indicates that the processor configuration and connection are functioning correctly.
