Managing and Reviewing Refunds

The Manage Refunds and Refund Review pages allow users to locate, review, and manage refund transactions in the ThreeSixty Web Client. These pages provide visibility into refund activity and allow users to verify refund details and perform related actions when necessary.

The Manage Refunds search page is used to search for refund vouchers, while the Refund Review page displays detailed information about a selected refund transaction.

Manage Refunds 

The Manage Refunds page allows users to search for and manage refund vouchers in the system. This screen provides filtering options to help users quickly locate specific refund transactions.

To access the Manage Refunds screen:

  1. From the left navigation Accounting menu, select Manage Refunds.
    - OR - 
    From Accounting Central, select Manage Refunds.
  2. The Manage Refunds search page opens, displaying filters at the top of the page and a results grid that lists matching refund vouchers. 

Use the filters at the top of the Manage Refunds page to locate the refund voucher you want to review. After entering the appropriate search criteria, the system displays matching records in the results grid.

Each row in the grid represents a refund voucher and includes a hyperlinked Voucher No. that opens the detailed Refund Review page.

Additional refund-related actions are available from the Manage Refunds search results grid. These options are accessed through the contextual menu for a voucher record.

  • Review CC Requests
    This option opens the page that displays credit card request and response information associated with the refund transaction. This screen allows users to review processor activity such as authorization, settlement, and refund responses.
  • Reverse Refund
    This option allows users to reverse a refund transaction when necessary, depending on system configuration and user permissions.

Refund Review 

The Refund Review page displays detailed information for a selected refund voucher.

To open the Refund Review page:

  1. Locate the refund voucher on the Manage Refunds search results grid.
  2. Select the hyperlinked Voucher No.
    The Refund Review page opens and displays information associated with the refund transaction.

Refund details may include information such as:

  • Refund voucher number
  • Associated order or transaction information
  • Payment details
  • Refund amount
  • Refund status

This page allows users to verify that refund transactions have been processed correctly and review related transaction information. Additionally, you can edit the refund details using the edit pencil in the top right. Use the X button to return to the Manage Refunds page.
