The A2Z Integration Parameters page in Application Settings stores the information needed to connect ThreeSixty with A2Z APIs. This configuration is essential for establishing a seamless data exchange between the two systems. The A2Z Integration must be enabled to access this page. Clients must submit a support request to enable the A2Z integration. Clients using the A2Z integration must submit a support ticket to have A2Z-related hotfixes deployed in their environment. The integration is only available for web client. Accessing A2Z Integration Parameters To access and configure the A2Z Integration Parameters: From Application Settings, select A2Z Integration Parameters from the Application section. The Configure A2Z page displays allowing you to input and modify the necessary parameters, as shown below. Configuration Parameters The following parameters are required to establish the connection between ThreeSixty and A2Z: Parameter Description BASE_URL The base URL of the A2Z API endpoint (e.g., https://api.a2zevents.com). CLIENT_ID The client ID assigned by A2Z for authentication. CLIENT_SECRET The corresponding client secret used in conjunction with the client ID. TENANT_ID The identifier for your organization’s environment within the A2Z platform. TOKEN_URL The URL used to retrieve the OAuth access token from A2Z.
