Adding a Booth Request to an Exhibit Order Paige Freeman December 12, 2024 13:52 Updated Booth Requests can be added and modified from Booth Information. From the Booth Requests section, you can: Select the edit pencil within the grid to modify Booth Request details Select Delete from the contextual menu to delete a Booth Request Select +New Booth Request to add a new Booth Request Select Assign from the contextual menu to assign a booth To add a booth request: From Order Summary, select Booth Information from the contextual menu for a Booth Rental or Booth Share product. The Booth Information displays, as shown below. From the Booth Requests section, select +New Booth Request.The Add a Booth Request page displays, as shown below. Search for and select the Booth Number.The Location and Booth Type populate automatically based on the setup of the selected booth. The Booth Request Date defaults to today's date and can be updated as necessary. If this is the first booth request, the Priority number field defaults to 1. Each additional booth request will add the next number in the sequence as the Priority. For example, after the first booth request is added, the next booth request will have a priority of 2. This field indicates which booth desired the most. The Length and Width populate automatically based on the setup of the selected booth. Enter any Comments. Select Save to save and add the booth request. Repeat these steps to add additional booth requests as necessary.
