To define award web setup: From the Award Summary, select Web Setup from the Award Info tab.The Web Setup page displays. Select the edit pencil to open the fields for edit.The Edit Web Setup page displays. By default, the award is Web Enabled. If you do not want this award to display in the awards listing on the web or to be available for the online award nomination process, set this toggle to NO. If you set this toggle to NO, the "Display on Web From" and "Display on Web To" fields below will be disabled. If the award is web-enabled, select the Display on Web From date. If the award is web-enabled, if necessary, select a Display on Web To date. Enter the Award Description that will be displayed on the Awards Program Detail page. Enter Nominator Instructions that will be displayed to the nominator at the beginning of the nomination process on the web. Enter Nominator Draft Instructions that will be displayed to the nominator if the nominator saves their nomination as “DRAFT”. Enter Reviewer Instructions that will be displayed to the reviewer at the beginning of the nominee review process. Enter the Condition Header that will be displayed on the Awards Program Detail page for the conditions information. Select Save. Screen Element Description Web Enabled Toggle. Identifies whether the award information should be displayed on the web. If the Web Enabled toggle is set to NO for the awards program linked to the award, this toggle cannot be set to YES. Display on Web from Date drop-down. Identifies the first date that information about the awards program is displayed on the web. If the Web Enabled toggle is set to NO for the award, this field will be disabled. Display on Web To Date drop-down. Identifies the last date that information about the awards program is displayed on the web. If the Web Enabled toggle is set to NO for the award, this field will be disabled. Award Description Text box. This text displays below the "Award Description" header on the Awards Program Detail page on the web, as highlighted below. It is recommended that you add an Award Description for the web. If you do not, the Award Description will still display, without a description, as shown below. Nominator Instructions Text box. These instructions display to the nominator on the first step of the online award nomination process, as highlighted below. Nominator Draft Instructions Text box. If the web user clicks Save as Draft at any time during an online award nomination, the text defined here will display in the Save as Draft window, as shown below. Reviewer Instructions Text box. This text displays on the Nominee Score step of the online award nomination review process, as highlighted below. Condition Header Text box. If conditions have been defined for the award (see Adding Award Conditions) and the Show Awards Conditions Section checkbox is checked in the control settings for the Awards Program Detail control, this text will display as the condition section header on the award detail page, as highlighted below. It is recommended that you add a Condition Header for the web. If you do NOT, a blank space will display above the conditions, as shown below.
