Adding Approved Transcript Program Required Exams

From the Required Exams tab on the Transcript Program Summary for approved transcript programs, staff can add an exam that receives credit for this program.

To add Required Exams: 

1. From the Transcript Program Summary for an approved transcript program, select the Required Exams tab.
2. Select +Add Required Exam.
   The Add Exam Details page displays, as shown below.
   
3. Search for and select the Exam Code that receives credit for this program.
4. Select the Passing Grade from the drop-down.
   This is for informational purposes only and does not effect a report.
5. Select Save to save your changes and return to the Required Exams tab.

Screen Element	Description
Exam Code	Search field. The exam that receives credit for the program.
Passing Grade	Drop-down. Select the passing grade associated with the required exam. If customers do not meet this grade, they do not receive credit for the transcript. Values are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the TRN "GRADE" system type.
