Certification Registration Summary Paige Freeman July 31, 2023 19:00 Updated From the Certification Registration Summary, staff can view all details associated with a customer's certification registration, including: Certification Registration Information Order and Payment Information Requirements Information To access the Registration Summary: From Education Central, select Manage Certification Registrations.The Registrations page displays, as shown below. Use the filters at the top of the page to search for and locate the registration you wish to view. Select the hyperlinked Certification Program name to view the Registration Summary. From the Actions menu, you can perform the following: Screen Element Description Calculate Certification Status Action menu item. When selected, the certification status is updated to EXPIRED if the Process Expiration Date is less than the current date, or the certification status is updated to COMPLETED if all requirements have been met. This button is only enabled after save and if the certification status is PENDING. If Mark Completion Manually checkbox is checked for the selected certification program, then the system will NOT update the status to COMPLETED; it must be updated manually. Update to Current Requirements Action menu item. When selected, the certification requirement and requirement option information is refreshed with any updates made to the current certification requirement. Any requirements newly added will also be displayed.
