Viewing and Creating Certification Registration Orders Paige Freeman July 31, 2023 19:00 Updated From the Registration Summary Order Information section, you can view associated order and payment information for the registration. If no order information exists for the registration, you can create a new certification order for the registration or associate an existing certification order with the registration. View Registration Order and Payment Information If an existing order is associated with the registration, it will display within the Order Information section of the Registration Summary. Any payments that are associated with the order will display in the Payment Information section. From this section, you can: Click the hyperlinked Order No to view the Order Summary for the order Click the hyperlinked Receipt No. to view the Receipt Review for the payment Select Transfer Credit to transfer a credit balance Select Take a Payment to apply a payment to the order Create a New Certification Order If there is no order associated with the certification program registration, the Order Information section will display an option to Create an Order. Selecting the Create an Order option opens the Order Entry page to create an order for the Certification product associated with the selected Certification Program. Once you have completed creating the order, select the refresh arrow in the Order Information section to populate the new order information. Associate an Existing Certification Order If there is no order associated with the certification program registration, the Order Information section will display an option to Associate an Order. Selecting the Associate an Order option opens the Search for Orders page, where you can search for and select the order you wish to associate with the certification registration. Once you have selected the order, select the Associate Order button to associate the order. The associated order will now display in the Order Information section of the Registration Summary.
