Manage Receipts

The Receipt Maintenance screen allows you to search for receipts based on search criteria including Receipt No., Order No., Date To and From, Receipt Type, Receipt Amount, Batch ID, Payor Name, Payor ID, Bill-To Name, Bill-To ID, Check No., CC Last 4 Digits, and Bank Acct Last 4 Digits.

Once you have located your receipt, you can open the Receipt Review screen by clicking the hyperlinked Receipt No.

Additionally, from the contextual menu in the grid, the following options are available:

• Receipt Report
  Opens the Receipt Report in a new tab
• Transfer Receipt
  Opens the Transfer Receipt screen
• Reverse Receipt
  Opens the Reverse Receipt screen
• Issue Refund
  Opens the Refund screen in a new tab
