Searching for a Program

Throughout the Programs module, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open a program product.

To search for a program:

From anywhere in the Programs module, you can search for a program product by entering your search criteria into the search bar at the top of the screen.

Alternatively, click the down arrow to expand the Additional Search Options, as shown below.

The following fields are available in the Additional Search Options:

Parent Product (PARENT_PRODUCT in PRODUCT)

Product Class (PRODUCT_CLASS in PRODUCT)

Event Format (EVENT_FORMAT_CODE in MTG_PRODUCT)

From (START_DATE in MTG_PRODUCT)

To (END_DATE in MTG_PRODUCT)

From the search results, click the down arrow to view additional details about the program.
Search results are automatically sorted by Begin Date.

Also from the grid, you can quickly add the program product of your choice to an order. Click the additional options menu and the option to Add New Order will display. Clicking the option will open the Add Products to Order screen in a new tab.

To view even more information about the product, clicking the hyperlinked Product Name will take you to the Program Summary, where you can view and edit additional information for the program.
