Program Calendar Maintenance

From the Program Calendar Maintenance screen, you can edit or delete a childcare program's calendar.

To access the Program Calendar Maintenance page:

From the left navigation, under the Childcare menu, select Childcare Settings.

The Childcare Settings screen displays,

From the Calendar Setup section, select Program Calendar.
The Program Calendar Maintenance page displays, as shown below.

The Program Calendar Maintenance screen defaults to a list of all Program Calendars.

To find a specific program calendar:

Enter the name of the calendar in the Program Filename field and select Filter.

Select the contextual menu to delete the calendar.

Select the pencil icon to edit the calendar.

From the Edit Program Calendar screen, you can view and edit the Calendar Details. Select +New Date to add additional dates to the program's calendar.

Select the pencil icon next to a program date to edit the details for that specific date.

Update the details for the selected date.

Select Save.

When you return to the Edit Program Calendar screen, select Done.
