Viewing and Updating a Constituent's Social Community Scores Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 15:51 Updated Organizations that use a third-party online community now have the ability to store a third-party calculated community score value in ThreeSixty. You can choose whether to have social community scores included in constituents’ engagement scores by setting a multiplier value for social community scores that is greater than 0. If your organization has integrated with a third party to upload a constituent's social community score into ThreeSixty, you can view the constituent's scoring records from the Social Community Scores page. Additionally, you can manually add a social community score to a constituent's record to track a community influence score (e.g., Klout score), an online community (e.g., Facebook), or a Community Contributor (e.g., SWC). You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerSocialScore application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To view a constituent's social community scores, select Social Community Scores from the Profile Info tab. From this screen, you can add a new social score, click the pencil icon next to each record to edit, and/or click the additional options menu and select Delete to remove an existing social community score record. Adding a New Social Community Score To create a new social community score record: From the Social Community Scores screen, click New Social Score. The Add Social Community Score screen displays, as shown below. Select the Community Score Type. Based on the select score type, select the Community Score Subtype, if necessary. Enter the Community Score. If necessary, add a Description. If necessary, add any Comments. Click Save.
