Viewing and Updating a Constituent's Special Needs Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 16:05 Updated The Special Needs screen enables you to manage and record special needs, such as a kosher meal or handicap accessibility. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerSpecialNeed application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To view a constituent's special needs, select Special Needs from the Preferences tab. The Special Needs screen will display, as shown below. From this screen, you can add a new special need, click the pencil icon to edit an existing special need, and/or click the additional options menu and select Delete to remove an existing special need. Adding a New Special Need To add special needs: From the Special Needs screen, click the Add Special Needs link in the upper right corner of the screen.The Add New Special Need screen displays, as shown below. Select the Need Type from the drop-down.Values are populated based on the non-fixed CUS "SPECIAL_NEEDS" system type. Select the specific Need from the drop-down.The options differ depending on the Need Type selected. Values are populated based on the subcodes defined for the non-fixed CUS "SPECIAL_NEEDS" system type. Enter the Description. Enter any Comments, if necessary. Click Save.
