Defining Hotel Reservation Information for a Meeting

Hotel Reservation is handled through a combination of Personify and a third party, Passkey.

Passkey Hotel Reservation functionality allows administrators and users of ThreeSixty Web Client to reserve hotel rooms online through Passkey. Reservations made in Passkey synchronize with Personify to provide an intuitive, fluid interface and reservation system.

To define hotel reservation information:

  1. From the Logistics tab, select Hotel Reservation.
    The Hotel Reservation screen displays, as shown below.
  2. From the Hotel Reservation screen, select the edit pencil icon.
    The Edit Hotel Reservation screen displays, as shown below.
  3. Enable the Enable Hotel Reservation toggle.
  4. Enter the Passkey Event ID. This ID is obtained after registration with Passkey. For more information on Passkey registration, please visit their site.
  5. Enter the Passkey Type Source. This field defaults to null and is not required.
  6. Enter the Default Type Source.
  7. Click Save.
    Hotel Reservation functionality should now be set up with your meeting.
