Organization Dashboard Cards

Organization Cards contain data that is set by the organization. These cards include:

Upcoming Events

This card is available for Association clients.

The Upcoming Events card displays upcoming meetings for your organization for Association clients. You can use the date selector at the top of the card to select a particular date, or you can use the arrows to cycle through the dates. Additionally, clicking the > arrow next to a meeting in the grid will open the Meeting Summary for that meeting.

Upcoming Programs

This card is available for YMCA and JCC clients.

The Upcoming Programs card displays upcoming programs for your organization for YMCA and JCC clients. You can use the date selector at the top of the card to select a particular date, or you can use the arrows to cycle through the dates. Additionally, clicking the > arrow next to a meeting in the grid will open the Program Summary for that program.

Organizational Reports

The Organizational Reports card displays reports set by the organization.

You can perform the following actions from the Organizational Reports card:

  • Clicking the gear icon will open the report to the Report Submission screen, where you can edit the parameters and then run the report
  • Clicking the preview icon, if available, displays a sample of what the report looks like once it has been run

The reports that display within the Organizational Reports dashboard card are reports with the IS_ORG_LEVEL_REPORT_FLAG set to true in the TRS_APPLICATION table.
