Campaign Tracker Dashboard Card Paige Freeman April 14, 2023 16:41 Updated The Campaign Tracker dashboard card allows users to see an at-a-glance chart displaying progress toward a goal for a campaign. Users must have at least View access to the Dashboard.CampaignTracker application security setting to add the Campaign Tracker card to their dashboard. Users must have Edit access to the Dashboard.CampaignTracker application security setting to access the Edit Settings and Edit Data options. The Campaign Tracker card is an organization level card, meaning any changes made to the data display by an individual user will also display on all other users' dashboards if they have the Campaign Tracker card visible. For information on adding a card to your dashboard, please see Add a Card. You can modify the card name and size by selecting Edit Settings from the gear icon menu. For more information, please see Edit Card Settings. You can remove the card from your dashboard by selecting Remove from the gear icon menu. For more information, please see Remove a Card. Depending on the selected size of the dashboard card, one or more campaigns may display on a single page of the card. You can page through the available campaigns using the arrows at the bottom of the card. Each page of the Campaign Tracker card displays a chart and data for each campaign, including: The Campaign Title A tracker bar that displays the progress toward the goal amount of the campaign The total amount donated so far displays on the left side of the bar, and is calculated based on the total sales for any product tied to the selected campaign. The goal amount displays on the right side of the bar, and is the Goal Amount from the campaign setup. If the Goal Amount on the campaign is $0 or is not set, the text "No Goal Amount" displays and the tracker bar displays as 100% complete. The total number of donors displays under the tracker bar to the left. This is the count of unique donors who have contributed to the orders calculating the total amount donated. The time remaining for the campaign displays under the bar to the right. This is calculated using the End Date from the campaign setup. The time remaining displays in years and months, subtracting the current date from the end date, e.g., "1 year 2 months remaining". If the time remaining is less than 12 months, the time remaining will only display in months. If the time remaining is less than 1 month, the time remaining displays as "<1 month remaining". If the campaign's End Date is in the past, the time remaining will display as "Campaign Ended". If there is no End Date set for the campaign, no text will display. Add or Edit Campaigns To edit the campaigns that display within the Campaign Tracker: From the Campaign Tracker card, select the gear icon in the top right corner of the card, then select Edit Data.The Edit Campaign Tracker Data page displays, as shown below. From this page, you can view the campaigns added to the card and reorder them as necessary using the arrows to the left of the campaign name. To add a new campaign to the card, use the Campaign field at the top of the page to search for your desired campaign, then select Add. Alternatively, select Full Campaign Search at the top right of the page to open the campaign chooser.The Choose a Campaign search page displays, as shown below. Search for a campaign to add for use in the Campaign Tracker card using the filters at the top of the page. Once you have located your desired campaign, select the row in the grid and then select the Select button. The campaign is added to the list of selected campaigns. To remove a campaign, select the X next to the campaign in the grid. Once you have finished making your selections, select Save to save your changes and return to the Dashboard. The number of campaigns allowed to be selected is controlled by the MAX_CAMPAIGN_FOR_TRACKING application parameter. If the number of campaigns added is over the value set for the application parameter, upon selecting Save an error message will display stating the maximum allowed number of campaigns.
