Modifying a Scheduled Payment Paige Freeman May 17, 2023 18:00 Updated A payment schedule can be modified, even after payment(s) has been applied, but an individual scheduled payment cannot be modified if the payment status is PAID. To modify the entire schedule, the schedule can be regenerated. The steps below assume that you are not currently viewing the order in which you want to modify a scheduled payment. If you are currently viewing the order in which you want to modify a scheduled payment, skip to step 3. To modify a scheduled payment: From the Orders Central page, search for the appropriate order. For more information, please see Searching for an Existing Order. From the order summary page, in the Order Detail section, click the additional options menu to the right of the desired line item and select Set Payment Schedule, as shown below.The Edit Payment Schedule screen displays. Click the pencil icon to the right of the appropriate scheduled payment, as shown below.The Edit Payment Schedule Details page displays, as shown below. If necessary, change the Percentage of Line Total Due or Actual Due Amount value. If necessary, change the Due Date. Click Save. From the Edit Payment Schedule screen, click Save.
