Viewing and Updating a Constituent's Biography Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 15:25 Updated From the Biography screen, you can add a biography to a constituent record. Constituents can maintain a biography about themselves using the Biography control on the web. In the mobile application, related customers added to a meeting that has been configured to display in the mobile application display in the Presenters menu option. Mobile users can select a presenter to view contact info, a website, biography, and session information. In order for a presenter's biographical information to display, the Include in Web/Mobile Directory checkbox must be checked for all contact information, and the Include Profile in Web/Mobile Directory checkbox must be checked on the Individual Name Edit screen. If an image is defined for the web-enabled user, it will display on this screen as well. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerBiography application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To view a constituent's biography, select Biography from the Profile Info tab. From this screen, you can add a new biography or click the pencil icon to edit. Adding a Biography To add a biography to a constituent's record: From the Biography screen, click the Biography link or pencil icon.The Edit Biography screen displays, as shown below. Use the HTML editor to add biography text. Click Save.
