Viewing Your Assigned Contact Tracking Records Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 16:03 Updated The management of constituent tracking records is a key operational activity for most organizations, which includes the ability to create, modify, and view those constituent contact tracking records. From the Dashboard, the Contact Tracking card allows you the ability to see all Overdue, Due Today, and Upcoming contact tracking records that are assigned to you in the system. You can easily switch between your Overdue, Due Today, and Upcoming items by clicking the headers at the top of the Contact Tracking card. To view the details for a specific contact tracking record, click the corresponding arrow within the grid, which will take you to the Contact Tracking detail edit page for that record.
