Viewing a Constituent's Certifications Paige Freeman August 01, 2023 16:01 Updated The Certifications page displays certification detail information that the constituent has completed. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerCertifications application in order to view this screen. To access the Certifications page, select Certifications from the Education tab. Select the hyperlinked program name from within the grid to view the certification program Registration Summary. Select the +Add New Certification option to register the constituent for a certification program.
