Editing a Constituent's Photo Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 16:52 Updated If the CUS USE_CONSTITUENT_IMAGES application parameter is set to "Y", the constituent's profile photo will display. If necessary, you can change or delete the constituent's photo. To change a constituent's photo: From the Constituents dashboard, search for the appropriate constituent. For more information, please see Searching for a Constituent. From the constituent Summary tab, click the camera icon on top of the constituent's photo, as shown below.If the constituent DID already have a photo, the Preview Image screen displays, as shown below. To change the constituent's photo, click New Image.The Add an Image screen displays, as shown below. Alternatively, if the constituent did NOT already have a photo, you will be taken directly to this screen. Click one of the following options to change the photo: Choose an Image from your DeviceIf you're using a computer, a pop-up will display from which you can browse to an image file on your machine. If you're using a tablet, you may be prompted to grant access to the photos on your tablet, depending on your operating system. Take a Photo from your CameraIf you're using a computer with a webcam, Adobe Flash Player settings will prompt you to grant access to your computer's webcam. Click Snap Photo to take a picture using your webcam. If you're using tablet, you may be prompted to grant access to the camera on your tablet, depending on your operating system. Use Image from URLClick this option to enter a URL from which you want to upload an image. Please note that the URL must contain a valid image extension (.png, .jpg, etc.). Once you've selected an image, you can crop and/or zoom in/out on the image. To do so, click Edit Image, make any adjustments, and click Save. Click Done to save your changes.
