Adding a New Constituent at the Same Address

You can quickly create a new constituent at the same address as another constituent using the Add New Constituent at Same Address option from the Actions menu on the Constituent Summary.

This menu option is accessible from the Constituent Summary for individuals and companies, but only individual records can be created using this menu option. This menu option will only display if the logged in user has permissions to create constituents (CRM360.Constituent).

To add a new constituent at the same address:

  1. From the Constituent Summary, select Add New Constituent at Same Address from the Actions menu.
  2. The Add New Constituent at Same Address page displays, as shown below.
  3. Fill in the constituent's information and select Add and Save. The constituent is added to the grid at the bottom of the page.
  4. Continue to add additional constituents as necessary. When you are done adding, select Done to close the page and return to the Constituent Summary.
