Agency Info from Constituent Profile

The Agency Information demographics page gives the basic overview of the agency customer. The Agency Info option and page will only display for customers who have been marked as agencies.

To maintain agency customer demographics:

  1. From the Constituent Profile, select Agency Info from the Involvement tab.
    The Agency Information page displays, as shown below.
  2. To edit the information, select the edit pencil.
    The Edit Agency Information page displays, as shown below.
  3. If necessary, change the Agency Class.
    Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the ADV "AGENCY_CLASS" system type.
  4. If necessary, change the Agency Status. 
    Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the ADV "AGENCY_STATUS" system type.
  5. Enter the Override Agency Discount Percent and Override Agency Commission Percent.
  6. If necessary, search for and select an address that is specific to the agency from the Agency Address field. Select +New Address to create and select a new address.
  7. Enter any additional Comments into the text box.
  8. Select Save to save your changes and return to the Agency Information page.
