Products and Services

To access this page, users must have access to the CRM360.ProductsandServices security application.

From the Products and Services page, you can enter products and services related to an exhibitor or advertiser. These are products and services that the exhibitor or advertiser provides.

Products and Services can be accessed from the Profile Info tab on the customer profile.

To add a new product:

  1. From the Profile Info tab on the customer profile, select Products & Services.
    The Products and Services page displays, as shown below.
  2. Select +New Product.
    The Add Product and Service page displays, as shown below.
  3. Select the Product Category from the drop-down.
    Values are populated based on the non-fixed CUS "PRODUCT_CATEGORY" system type.
  4. Select the Sub-Category from the drop-down, if necessary.
    Values are populated based on the subcodes defined for the non-fixed CUS "PRODUCT_CATEGORY" system type.
  5. Enter the Brand Name.
  6. Set the Default to Shows toggle to YES, if necessary.
  7. Set the Default to Advertising toggle to YES, if necessary.
  8. Enter the Directory Information, if necessary.
  9. Select Save.
