Exhibitor Overview

To access this page, users must have access to the Exhibit.ExhibitorInfo security application.

Upon selecting Exhibitor Overview from the Exhibitor Info tab, the Exhibitor Overview page displays. The Exhibitor Overview page contains two sections: Exhibitor Information and Points Summary. The values on this page can be edited by selecting the edit pencil in the upper right corner of the page.

From the Exhibitor Information section, you can view and modify the exhibitor's Directory Name, Sign Name, Primary Contact, and Directory Address. You can also modify these values from the Manage Exhibitors page.

From the Points Summary section, you can view a summary of the exhibitor's points, as well as modify the values for Priority Value and Consecutive Shows. The Priority Value is a user-defined value that is used to identify exhibitors by their value to the organization. High-priority exhibitors may be given special consideration, for example.
