Updating Tracking Numbers in Bulk

You can update tracking numbers in bulk from the Manual Order Shipping page.

To update tracking numbers:

  1. From Orders Central or the left navigation, navigate to Manual Order Shipping. 
  2. Search for the order lines you would like to update the tracking number for using the filters at the top of the page. 
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the order lines for which you would like to update the tracking number, then select Update Tracking Number from the Work with Order Lines drop-down at the top of the grid. 
  4. Select Go. 
    The Update Tracking Number page displays with the line items that were selected on the previous step, as shown below.
  5. Use the Tracking Number field at the top of the page to apply a tracking number to all displayed line items. 
  6. You can also update tracking numbers individually within the grid. 
  7. Once you have finished updating the tracking numbers, select Save to save your changes and return to Manual Order Shipping.
