The Solicitor Summary allows you to view solicitor metrics, assign prospects to a solicitor, add yearly goals, and view donation analysis. To access the Solicitor Summary: Select the hyperlinked Solicitor Name on the Manage Solicitors page. The Solicitor Summary displays. The Solicitor Summary consists of four tabs: Solicitor Metrics, Prospects, Yearly Goals, and Donation Analysis. Solicitor Metrics From the Solicitor Metrics tab, the donation totals include donations created via non-FND products, such as MBR and MTG. The following data displays the total number of donation by all prospects assigned to the solicitor. The data is pulled from different data points within the fundraising module. Total Prospect Donations Total Prospect Donations YTD Total Asset Donations Total Stock Donations Total Donations Total YTD Donations: Total Planned Giving Donations Total Gifts In-Kind Donations Total Memo Amounts Assigned Prospects: Shows the number of prospects assigned to the solicitor from the Prospects tab.
