Managing Product Reviews Paige Freeman December 12, 2023 19:41 Updated Customers can rate your products and provide feedback on them using comments and a starring system on the web. Once a product has been rated, you can review the comments and ratings via the Manage Product Reviews page. If necessary, a review can be marked as inappropriate or deleted. To manage product reviews: From the left navigation menu, select Products > Product Settings. From the Product Settings page, select Product Reviews.The Manage Product Reviews page displays, as shown below. Search for the product for which you would like to manage reviews using the filters at the top of the page. Select the edit pencil in the grid to open the the Product Review Details page, as shown below. From the Product Review Details, you can perform the following: Use the arrow to expand and collapse the product review details. Select Delete from the contextual menu to delete the corresponding product review. Select the edit pencil to open the Edit Product Review Details page. The Reviewer Name field displays the name of the customer that reviewed the product. Select the hyperlinked name to open the Customer Summary for the customer. The Review Date field displays the date in which the review was submitted. The Star Rating field displays, on a scale of 1-5, whatever rating the reviewer gave the product. Set the Inappropriate toggle to YES to mark the review as inappropriate. When set to YES, the Submitted By field is populated with the name of the logged in user and today's date in the Submitted Date field. The Comments field displays the comments the reviewer submitted with the review. Select Save to save your changes and return to the Product Review Details page.
