Awarding Recognition to an Award Program Nominee Paige Freeman January 08, 2024 20:24 Updated When it is time to choose a winner of an awards program, reviewers’ scores and comments should be reviewed. After a winner is chosen, you need to award recognition to the nominee in the back office. Then, the nominee status should be changed to reflect the results. When a decision has been made regarding the winner(s) of the award, the award can be recorded on the Recognition tab. Award level(s) and awarded amounts are defined during the awards program setup. To award recognition to a nominee: From the Nomination Summary, select the Recognition tab.The Recognition page displays. Select +New Recognition.The Add Recognition page displays. Select the Award Level. The available award recognitions that display are defined on the Recognition page within the Award Summary.If the Nomination Required toggle is set to YES on the Award Summary, at least one nomination must exist on the Nominations tab on the Nomination Summary for the selected nominee. Additionally, the nomination must have a Nomination Status of "Submitted". Select the Recognition Date. If an "Awarded Amount" was defined for the selected award recognition, the Awarded Amount is automatically populated and read-only. If necessary, enter any Comments. Select Save.The nominee’s status is updated to "Awarded". If necessary, see Changing the Status of an Award Nominee.The nominee is added to the Award Winners page on the Award Summary.
