Immunization Medication Information Paige Freeman June 13, 2023 14:18 Updated Immunization/Medication Information Click here to see this page in full context Home > Customer Relationship Management (CRM) > Working with Customers > Health Information > Immunization/Medication Information Viewing and Updating a Customer's Immunization/Medication Information From the Immunization and Medication Information screen, you can view and update the selected customer's immunization and medication records. To view the Immunization and Medication screen, select Immunizations/Medications from the Health Info tab on the customer record. The Immunization and Medication screen will display, as shown below. From this screen, you can edit a customer's immunization and medication information. Editing Immunization/Medication Information The fields on this screen are free text fields. This information can also be updated by the customer from their web profile or during online registration. To add or edit immunization/medication information: From the Immunization and Medication screen, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen. The fields on the screen open to edit, as shown below. From the Immunizations section, perform the following: Select the Date of last DTP from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last MMR from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last Tetanus from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last Polio from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last HIB (Flu Shot) from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last Varicella (Chickenpox) from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last Hep B from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last Hep A from the date chooser, if necessary. Select the Date of last PCV (Pneumonia) from the date chooser, if necessary. By default, the Qualified for Immunization Waiver? option is set to No. If the customer qualifies for an immunization waiver, select Yes. From the Medications section, perform the following: By default, the Currently taking prescription/OTC medication? option is set to No. If the customer is currently taking medication, select Yes. Once the option is set to Yes, the List Medication/Dosage/Purpose text box opens to edit. Enter any medication information in the text box, if necessary. Click Save. Questions?
