To view the Health History screen, select Health History from the Health Info tab on the customer record. The Health History screen will display, as shown below. From this screen, you can edit a customer's health history. Editing the Health History The fields on the Health History screen are free text fields. This information can also be updated by the customer from their web profile or during online registration. To add or edit the health history: From the Health History screen, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen. The Health History screen opens for edit, as shown below. By default, the options on the screen are set to No. You must select Yes in order to open the corresponding text box for edit. Select Yes from the Currently under doctor's care? option and enter any Comments, if necessary. Select Yes from the Traveled outside the United States in the last 12 months? option and enter any Comments, if necessary. Select Yes from the Any condition requiring special care? option and enter any Comments, if necessary. Select Yes from the Any Surgeries, Illnesses, or Severe Injuries? option and enter any Comments, if necessary.
