Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Paige Freeman June 13, 2023 14:18 Updated Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Click here to see this page in full context Home > Customer Relationship Management (CRM) > Working with Customers > Health Information > Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Viewing and Updating a Customer's Allergies and Dietary Restrictions From the Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen, you can view and edit a customer's allergies and any set dietary restrictions. To view the Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen, select Allergies and Dietary Restrictions from the Health Info tab on the customer record. The Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen will display, as shown below. From this screen, you can edit a customer's allergies and dietary restrictions. Editing Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Information The fields on the Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen are free text fields. This information can also be updated by the customer from their web profile or during online registration. To add or edit allergies and dietary restrictions: From the Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen. The Allergies and Dietary Restrictions screen opens for edit, as shown below. By default, the options on the screen are set to No. You must select Yes in order to open the corresponding text box for edit. Select Yes from the Any known allergies? option and enter any comments in the Describe allergies in detail text box. Select Yes from the Any dietary restrictions? option and enter any comments in the Explain Dietary Restrictions text box. Click Save. Questions?
