To view the Engagement Cycle screen, select Engagement Cycle from the Involvement tab within the customer record. The Engagement Cycle screen displays, as shown below. The Engagement Cycle screen is split into five sections: Interview and Join Information Interest Information Health Incentive Onboarding and Cancellation Information Contact Records Interview and Join Information To edit the information in this section, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the section and the fields will open for edit. Field Description Interview Information How did you hear about us? Drop-down. Values for the field are pulled from the HEAR_YMCA system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Issuing Branch Drop-down. Values are pulled from the USR_BRANCH system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Interview Given? Checkbox. Values include Yes or No. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Type Drop-down. Values are pulled from the INTERVIEW_TYPE system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Toured By Drop-down. Allows staff to select the staff member who performed the tour. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Toured Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the date of the tour. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Interviewed By Drop-down. Allows staff to select the staff member who performed the interview. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Interviewed Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the date of the interview. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Interview Comments Free text field. Allows staff to enter any relevant comments about the interview. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Join Information Did Customer Join? Checkbox. Values include Yes or No. Selecting Yes opens the Join Information fields for edit. New member Drop-down. Values include Yes or No. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Assigned To Free text field. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Current Activity Level Drop-down. Values are pulled from the CURRENT_ACTIVITY_LEVEL system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Joined Date Date chooser. Indicates the date the member joined. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Join Reason Drop-down. Values are pulled from the JOIN_REASON system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Membership Type Drop-down. Values are pulled from the INDIV_OR_FAM system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task. Interest Information The Interest Information section displays customer-indicated interests. From this section, you can add or edit customer interests. Values for Interests are pulled from the INTEREST_TYPE system type in the USR subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Additional Demographics task, as shown below. To add a new interest: From the Interest Information section, click Add New Interest Information. The Add New Interest screen displays, as shown below. Select an Interest from the drop-down. If necessary, select the Customer and/or Guest option. If necessary, enter any Comments. Click Save. Health Incentive To edit the information in this grid, select the edit pencil icon next to the record you wish to edit. Field Description Insurance Carrier Drop-down. Allows staff to select the insurance carrier. Values are pulled from the Y_INSURANCE_CARRIER system type in the USR subsystem. Insurance ID Free text. Allows staff to enter the Insurance ID. Group Number Free text. Allows staff to enter the Group Number. Group Number Sub ID Free text. Allows staff to enter the Group Number Sub ID. Begin and End Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the date on which the customer signed up for the health incentive. Sign Up Branch Drop-down. Allows staff to select the branch where the customer signed up for the health incentive. This information can also be seen in the back office from the Health Incentive task, as shown below. Onboarding and Cancellation Information To edit the information in this section, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the section and the fields will open for edit. Field Description Onboarding Information Branch Drop-down. Values are pulled from the USR_BRANCH system type in the USR subsystem. Connector Drop-down. Allows staff to select the staff member who is the connector. 2nd Connector Drop-down. Allows staff to select the staff member who is the second connector. Cancellation Information Did Customer Cancel? Checkbox. Values include Yes or No. Selecting Yes will open the cancellation fields for edit. Cancellation Reason Drop-down. Allows staff to select a reason for membership cancellation. Values are pulled from the USR_MBR_CANCEL_REASON system type in the CUS subsystem. Cancellation Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the cancellation date for the membership. Cancellation Comments Free text field. Allows staff to enter any comments about the cancellation. Exit Interview By Drop-down. Allows staff to select the staff member who gave the exit interview. Exit Interview Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the date of the exit interview. Last Draft Date Date chooser. Allows staff to select the date of the last draft. This information can also be found in the back office from the Connect Information task, as shown below. Contact Records The Contact Records section displays connection information for the customer. From this section, you can add or edit customer contact records. Values for Contact Type are pulled from the USR_1ST_CONTACT_TYPE system type in the CUS subsystem. This information can also been seen in the back office from the Connect Information task, as shown below. To add a new contact record: From the Contact Records section, click New Contact Record. The Add New Contact Records screen displays, as shown below. Select the Contact Type from the drop-down. Select the Contacted By user from the drop-down. Select or enter the Contact Date.
