Viewing and Resending a Constituent's Legacy Notification Messages Paige Freeman August 29, 2024 13:45 Updated The notifications referred to on this page apply to legacy desktop notifications, not the new Notification Designer. From the Legacy Notification Messages page, you can view notification message details and resend notifications to a constituent. You can filter sent notification messages by Date and Subject. The grid displays the Email Address the notification was sent to, the Message Subject, and the Sent Date. Resend a Legacy Notification Message The ability to resend legacy notification messages was added in ThreeSixty version 7.7.0. You must be on ThreeSixty version 7.7.0 or later to have access to this functionality. To resend a notification message: From the Legacy Notification Messages screen, locate the notification message you wish to resend. From within the grid, select the contextual menu option for the messge, and select Resend. The Sent Message Details screen displays. From the Sent Message Details screen, select the Resend Notification button, as shown below.
