Viewing and Updating a Constituent's Emergency Contacts Paige Freeman October 11, 2023 19:54 Updated From the Emergency Contacts screen, you can add emergency contacts to a constituent's record. Education information includes degree type, program type, institution name and ID, and the start and end dates. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerEmergencyContacts application in order to view this screen. To view a constituent's emergency contacts, select Emergency Contacts from the Relationships tab. The Emergency Contacts screen displays, as shown below. From this screen, you can add a new emergency contact, click the pencil icon to edit an existing emergency contact, and/or click the additional options menu and select Delete to remove an existing emergency contact. Adding a New Emergency Contact To add a new emergency contact for a constituent: From the Emergency Contact screen, click the New Emergency Contact link in the upper right corner of the screen.The Add New Education screen displays, as shown below. Enter the Contact Name. Enter the Relationship. Select the Phone Type from the drop-down. Enter the emergency contact's Phone Number. If necessary, enter any Comments. Click Save.
