Viewing and Editing Meeting Attendance Paige Freeman May 18, 2023 19:48 Updated From this screen, you can view a list of meeting attendees, and you mark a registrant(s) as attended or not, give an attendee a grade, and generate transcripts. To view meeting attendance: To view the Attendance screen for a meeting product, select Attendance from the Registration Info tab within the meeting profile.The Attendance screen displays, as shown below. To edit all attendees, select from the "Work with Attendees" drop-down on the right and click Go. To edit an individual attendee, click the pencil icon on each row. Marking a Registrant as Attended or Not To mark a registrant as attended or not: From the Attendance screen, you can edit individual registrants or edit numerous registrants. To edit an individual registrant's attendance: Click the pencil icon to the right of the appropriate registrant.The Edit Attendance screen for the individual displays, as shown below. Select whether or not the registrant Attended the meeting. If necessary, you can also select a Grade. Click Save. To edit attendance for ALL registrants: From the Work with Attendees drop-down, select "Edit Attendance".The Edit Attendance screen for all registrants displays, as shown below. By default, all registrants who have already been marked as attended will have a checkbox checked to the left and "Yes" in the Attended column. Check the checkbox to the left of additional registrants to mark them as attended. Click Save. Giving an Attendee a Grade To give a registrant a grade: From the Attendance screen, you can edit individual attendee's grade or edit numerous attendees' grades. To edit an individual attendee's grade: Click the pencil icon to the right of the appropriate registrant.The Edit Attendance screen for the individual displays, as shown below. Select a Grade from the drop-down. Click Save. To edit all attendees' grades: From the Work with Attendees drop-down, select "Edit Grades".The Enter Grade screen for all registrants displays, as shown below. By default, the Attendees tab is selected. If necessary, select All to display all registrants. For each registrant/attendee, select the appropriate Grade from the drop-down. Click Save.Alternatively, click Save and Continue to Transcripts to continue to the Create Transcripts screen. Generating a Transcript The Generate Transcripts button will be disabled if no education information has been defined. For more information, please see Viewing and Editing Education Information. To generate a transcript: From the Attendance screen, from the Work with Attendees drop-down, select "Generate Transcripts".The Create Transcripts screen displays, as shown below. By default, transcripts generated are for all sessions. To generate transcripts for a specific registrants, select whether or not you want to Create for Attended and/or Create for No Show. Click Generate Transcripts.
