Maintaining Digital Files on a Digital Product Order

Viewing a Digital Product order line can be performed from Order Summary.

To view the Digital Product Digital Files:

  1. From the Order Summary page, select Maintain Digital Files from the contextual menu next to the Digital Product order line.

    The Maintain Digital Files page displays, as shown below.
  2. From this page, you can:
    1. Select and add additional Digital Files to an order from the Available Digital Files section
    2. View the files added to the order from the Digital Files Added to Order section
    3. Extend the Digital File Download Limit by selecting Allow Additional Downloads from the contextual menu in the Digital Files Added to Order section
    4. Delete digital files by selecting Delete from the contextual menu in the Digital Files Added to Order section

Available Digital Files
File Name Displays the name of the files available to add to the purchased Digital Product.
Add Files to Order Button. This button will add additional files to the order that were not selected at purchase time. Check the checkbox next to the File Name you wish to add to the order. Select this button to add the file to the Digital Files Added to Order section below.

Digital Files Added to Order
File Name The name of the file included in the product order line.
Availability The value is “Available” when additional files can be downloaded or “Not Available” if the download limits have been reached. This field is populated based on the codes defined for the fixed ECD "FILE_AVAILABILITY_STATUS" system type.
Last Download Date The date when this file was last downloaded successfully.
Download Count The actual number of times a user downloaded this file successfully.
Download Until Date When a date is displayed, this will be the last day allowed for file downloads.
Delete Contextual menu option. Selecting this option removes the corresponding file from the order.
Allow Additional Downloads Contextual menu option. Selecting this option resets the Download Count to zero and changes the Download Until Date to a future date specified by the product setup.
