Creating and Updating Constituent Web Login Information Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 17:49 Updated From the header section of the Constituent Summary page, if web credentials have been defined for the constituent, the constituent's username will display as a link. Clicking this link will open the Update SSO Login screen, where you can update the constituent's web email address, username, and/or password. Additionally, you can disable/enable their access to the web or reset their password. If web credentials have NOT been defined yet, the Create Web Login link will display. Clicking this link will open the Create SSO Login screen from where you can create new web credentials for the constituent. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW, UPDATE, and INSERT permission to the CRM360.WebLoginCredentials application in order to create a web login. Creating New Web Credentials To create web credentials: From the header section of the Constituent Summary page, click the Create Web Login link, as shown below. From the Create SSO Login screen (shown below), enter the Email Address, User Name, New Password, and Confirm Password. Click Save. Updating a Constituent's Web Email Address, Username, and/or Password To update existing web credentials: From the header section of the Constituent Summary page, click either the hyperlinked username or the pencil icon next to the username, as shown below. From the Update SSO screen (shown below), check the corresponding checkbox next to the field you wish to edit. Once the corresponding checkbox is checked, the field will become available to edit. Make the necessary changes and click Save. Disabling/Enabling a Constituent's Web Access If you need to restrict access for a constituent to the web, you can disable their account via the Update SSO Login screen. To disable or enable a constituent's web access: From the header section of the Constituent Summary page, click either the hyperlinked username or the pencil icon next to the username, as shown below. Click Disable Account. Once you disable the account, the message shown below and the Enable Account link will display. To enable the constituent's web access, click Enable Account. Resetting a Constituent's Web Password If a constituent misplaces his or her SSO login password or his or her account has been compromised, you can send an email to the constituent's primary email address with a link to reset the password on the web. To reset a web password: From the header section of the Constituent Summary page, click either the hyperlinked username or the pencil icon next to the username, as shown below. Click the Reset Password link.An email will be sent to the constituent's primary email address with a link to reset his/her password.
