Appeal Activities Paige Freeman May 03, 2023 20:58 Updated An appeal can have related activities that are, in turn, linked to marketing lists. From the Appeal Activities page, you can add, edit, and delete appeal activities. To add appeal activities to an appeal: From the Manage Appeals page, select Appeal Activities from the contextual menu in the grid.The Appeal Activities page displays, as shown below. To add a new appeal activity, select +New Appeal Activity at the top right of the grid.The Add New Appeal Activity page displays, as shown below. Select the Date from the drop-down. Enter the Description of the appeal activity. Enter the Contact Count. Select the Appeal Activity from the drop-down. Select the Campaign associated with the appeal activity. Select the Mail Plan associated with the appeal activity. Select Save to save your appeal activity and return to the Appeal Activities page. Screen Element Description Activity Date Drop-down. The date the activity occurred. Appeal Activity Drop-down. The method by which the appeal activity occurred. For example, Email, Mailing, Phone, Telethon. Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the FND "APPEAL_ACTIVITY" system type. Description Text box. The description of the activity for the appeal. Contact Count Text box. The number of customers contacted when the MKT800 batch process was run. Campaign Lookup field. The campaign associated with the activity for the appeal. If a campaign is linked to the appeal, the campaign will default to the campaign selected for the appeal and cannot be changed. Mail Plan Lookup field. An activity can be associated with a list code, and thus to individuals included in the appeal activity.
