Searching for a Donation Order

Throughout ThreeSixty Web Client, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open an existing donation order.

To search for an existing donation order:

  1. From any screen, select Donations from the global search drop-down at the top of the screen.
  2. In the search bar, enter the criteria you would like to search for and select from the search suggestions, as shown below.
  3. Once you have entered your search criteria, click the magnifying glass icon to perform your search. The search results display, along with additional Search Options to further filter your search.
  4. To view additional details about a donation without opening it, click the down arrow to the right of the record and the preview will expand. To close, click the arrow again, as shown below.
  5. Click the hyperlinked Donation No. to open the Donation Summary.
