Searching for a Product

Throughout ThreeSixty Web Client, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open a product.

To search for a product:

  1. From anywhere in ThreeSixty SaaS, you can search  for a product by selecting Products from the Global Search drop-down at the top of the screen.
  2. In the search bar, enter the criteria you would like to search for and select from the search suggestions, as shown below.
  3. Once you have entered your search criteria, click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search. The search results display, along with additional Search Options to further filter your search.
  4. From the search results, click the down arrow to view additional details about the product.
  5. Also from the grid, you can quickly add the product of your choice to an order. Click the additional options menu and the option to Add New Order will display. Clicking the option will open the Add Products to Order screen in a new tab.
    Additionally, you can select Copy Product to create a new product based on the selected product.
  6. To view even more information about the product, clicking the hyperlinked Product Name will take you to the Product Summary, where you can view and edit additional information for the product. Clicking the hyperlinked Product Name for Meeting products will take you to the Meeting Summary.
